Our aim is to provide predictability in legal costs. In order to properly price our services and ensure that our clients legal needs are being met it is necessary for us to develop legal management plans for our clients. Prior to commencing the retainer, we will sit down with you and develop a plan for the completion of the legal services required and develop an estimate for the services. Through this process we believe that we can improve efficiencies and control costs in a number of ways:

1. Identifying the specific legal services
2. Developing ways to increase efficiency
3. Developing a schedule for the delivery of legal services
4. Developing a team to address those needs

Legal project management  means that the time spent on your file has been approved before it is billed.  In this way you are provided with greater price certainty and  can negotiate the terms of the retainer and any changes in scope in advance before the scope or the fees are exceeded.
