Janny Cho is of counsel with BAX Securities Law® providing corporate finance securities and corporate commercial advice. Janny works with clients across a broad range of industries, at all stages of growth on capital raising and securities regulatory requirements. 

Janny’s practice focuses on assisting clients with structuring, capital raising,  reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions and associated securities regulatory requirements. She represents issuers and investors in private offerings and advises on disclosure and corporate governance matters.

Janny’s legal experience includes working with one of Canada’s largest national law firm as well as with a smaller boutique law firm. Janny is fluent in Cantonese and she has worked in Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore.
