Digital ledger technologies including blockchain are reshaping the global markets and the impact of crypto assets is spreading across a number of business sectors.

Since 2017, we have been advising clients on digital assets and blockchain law including the registration of crypto trading platforms and guiding securities registrants, including restricted and investment dealers, portfolio managers and investment fund managers, with respect to new initiatives and structuring crypto funds.
