Robb Miller is of counsel with BAX Securities Law, bringing specialized expertise in AI governance, technology law, and cross-jurisdictional corporate practice to the firm’s securities and corporate law services. With over 15 years of experience as a corporate and technology attorney, Robb provides strategic guidance to technology companies, AI enterprises, and securities registrants navigating the complex intersection of emerging technologies and regulatory compliance.
Robb’s practice uniquely combines traditional securities and corporate law with cutting-edge AI tools, and technology implementation strategies. He currently serves as Fractional General Counsel for multiple technology companies across the US and Canada, advising on regulatory compliance, product development, and risk mitigation in the rapidly evolving AI and fintech sectors.
Prior to joining BAX Securities Law, Robb practiced securities and corporate law at Thompson LLP in New York, where he focused on U.S. securities law, corporate transactions, and venture capital financings. His transactional experience includes private placements, venture financings, M&A transactions, and strategic partnerships for established companies, emerging growth businesses, financial institutions, broker-dealers, investment advisers, and private equity firms.
Robb is the founder of Aloha Legal AI Solutions, where he helps legal departments successfully integrate AI technologies into their practice while maintaining ethical compliance and data security standards. His technical fluency with AI/ML concepts and practical experience implementing governance frameworks positions him to advise clients on the legal and regulatory challenges of AI adoption.
