Janny Cho
Background
Janny Cho is of counsel with BAX Securities Law providing corporate commercial legal advice and services to clients including business formations, corporate restructuring and reorganization, acquisitions (asset and share purchase transactions), reviewing and drafting commercial agreements. Janny’s experience includes working with one of Canada’s largest national law firms in the electronic discovery area as well as practicing corporate law in a small boutique setting with a focus on startups. Janny is fluent in Cantonese and she has worked in Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore.
